An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, happening 24 times
9:00 to 10:00 or 10:30 to 11:30 Tuesdays weekly. Classes also available on Thursdays.
Gentle exercises to help improve or maintain your current level of strength and balance while working at a pace that suits your individual needs. Registered Fitness Instructor specialising in needs for older adults.
3 free sessions then $8 per session. Maximum 20.
